Dragons are creatures with nearly unlimited life spans. They can survive for long periods of time, and no one has found a dragon that has died of old age. Adolescence is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Once they hit adolescence, hatchlings change quickly, maturing to their full forms in only 2 years.
Dragons don’t communicate with each other verbally, but they will growl to scare off predators and frighten prey. Young dragons will emit an extremely high-pitched squeal when they are frightened. To communicate, they use telepathy with each other and to speak to other creatures.
Daydream dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near daydream dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.
Suvell is a lazy bum that doesn't takes pride in her power much.
She's quite a daydreamer herself and her power unintentionally puts other creatures(such as humans, and sometimes even dragons) into a long time of sleep walking(her power's putting others to sleep rather than daydreaming; she transmits her thoughts to others).
But there was a day where a human passed by her and seemed immune to her spell. Instead, she was enchanted herself! Then she began wondering if it was possible to break her own spell. Unfortunately, she didn't managed to undo it. And unexpectedly, the human that she failed to be put asleep had freed her from her spell with the aid of another dragon.
Astonished, she decided to follow the human to know his secret as how to get immune to dreams. The human told her that he'd tell her only if she stays by his side a bit longer. And till this day, Suvell still submerges herself in her thoughts... Wondering how did that human was immune to pleasant thoughts.
