Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Goldengrass is a calm and serene dragon. She is often referred to as "Goldengrass the Kind", or, as a nickname, "Goldie". She's very motherly, and protects all the eggs she can. When she or her eggs are threatened, she can be very violent and protective. However, most of the time, she's upbeat, and likes to talk with other dragons around her. When Goldengrass is out and about, she likes to make pleasant conversation with her friends. This Green dragon is a bit of an environmentalist: Although dragons don't truly litter, it's something she picked up on somewhat from the humans who unknowingly walked by her cave on the side of a mountain. Her cave is decorated with things she's found outside her cave, making it oddly colorful.
