This is a baby chick, not a dragon. So what was it doing in the dragons’ cave?

Lil bo Peep was a very odd hatchling.  She tended to stand in the rain looking up and the other dragons were afraid she would drown.  To help prevent her early demise she was frozen forever as a hatchling to help protect her special brand of life.
