Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its belly is bright red and it is most active in the evening.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Demi God is named after his beliefs. Although he prefers to be called by the clan as God, they call him Demi. Demi believes that he is the master of the world, his vanity and selfishness will be his undoing one day, or so his clan says. He only has one friend, Demi turns to her for everything, even the most trivial of problems. Savelle, his complete opposite is always by his side grinning and telling him the best things to do. Demi loves her and has asked her so many times to be his forever but she has never agreed. But yet he still asks her every evening before he goes off for his fly, "will you stay with me forever and always" And the answer is never what he likes to hear, "Not right now Demi, not right now". Even in the clan the dragons whisper that one day Savelle will give in and Demi's dark heart might be saved by her good spirit and kind words. Until that day Demi God pledges to stay as dark and rude as he has ever been.
