Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Golin has been practicing black magic as of late—magic not native to his species and gained by terrible, terrible means. He has offered no explanation, but has been seen practicing changing things to stone. It was with much trepidation that the interviewer approached, and posed the question of 'why are you doing this,' and 'would it be too much trouble to not—NEVERMIND I'M SORRY.'

That last part originating from when Golin pointedly demonstrated his skill on the peace offering that the interviewer had brought. He did however answer why he followed the path of black magic.

"I happen to like Evan—respect him, admire him, however you choose to put it, and I'd like to follow in his footsteps. Not literally—I'm not suicidal!—but I would like to know what it feels like, to have that kind of power." Golin explained. The interviewer thanked him for his time, then carefully left—only to fly away screaming as Golin petrified everything within ten feet.

"Don't test me." Golin warned.
