When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kyoyomi is very rarely seen, as she chooses to remain in the depths of the lake and hardly ever surfaces. Her diet consists mostly of fish, but she will devour other things that sink down to the lake's floor, such as the remains of sailors and drowned animals.
As it is only the other water dragons that regularly converse with Kyoyomi, very little is known about her character, but it is believed that while she has a short temper, she is very personable for the majority of the time.
When she is spotted above the water, she does not speak to any of the other dragons or any humans that try to attract her attention. The only one she speaks to on a regular basis, apart from the other waters, is a human girl who has befriend the clan. She has been known to hold short conversations with her, but should someone else approach, she will dive back beneath the waves.
