Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Haggis the Ridiculous is, as one might imagine, quite ridiculous. He was born to the Ridiculous Augur of Daydreams, and his fellow Ridiculii expected him to show great promise, as his mother did. She was quite prophetic, and though Augur knew the direction her son would take, she kept his secret in hopes that he could at least have a happy childhood.

He wasn't happy, though. His mother was full-blooded daydream, and the other daydreams sneered that the blood of Haggis was too sullied by his awful Yulebuck of a father. Haggis heard many, many horrible stories about his father and namesake, until, finally, he left the scroll to seek him out. Haggis the Fearsome welcomed this son, for he realized young Haggis was a means to manipulation. Together, the two Haggises drop nightmares into the minds of passerby, giggling triumphantly when any are driven to madness.
