Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Charlie Buttwings, or Charlie for short, is a young Lumina dragon. He is best friends with Glasgow Shine, and the two have been inseparable ever since they met as young hatchlings. The two share many characteristics, as both of them are Luminas, they both greatly care about their looks, and they both came from the North, giving both of them an "accent" when they communicate with other dragons. However, unlike Glasgow, Charlie is less "flashy", and doesn't tend to brag about his good looks. He thinks he's quite the "ladies' man", but all of the females are annoyed by his vanity. He got his last name from when he hatched, and Sapphiro started laughing at his small hind wings, and the nickname stuck, even though it embarrasses the poor dragon a little. He doesn't fear humans.
