White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The apprentice to FlameEagle, Talonwing (Talon for short) is the cheerful, friendly type of dragon that most people would like. Repulsed by any form of meat, she excels in doing herbal magic. FlameEagle, her magics tutor, often promises her that she'll be the clan Mage in herbal magic if she keeps up her efforts.

There was a day when Talon was examining her lineage when she realised she had a very looong family tree, and had a direct line to Midas Dorkface through her father's side. Then Dancer of the Shadow Moon happened to eavesdrop on her telling her tutor, and with glee, told the rest of the dragons to call her 'Dorkface'.

It was ironic, because they later became partners, and Talon, as always, forgave him.

(Though not before a huge row that lasted for months happened.)
