Sweetlings are a small, flightless breed of dragon. They are omnivores who favor sweet fruits and honey, and have been known to go to great lengths to obtain their favorite treats. Their long, prehensile tails allow them to grab onto branches and give them superior balance. Sweetlings are expressive dragons and have a large array of calls to communicate with others. They become very vocal during breeding season and sing long, beautiful melodies to attract a mate. Inquisitive in nature, Sweetlings are known to investigate anything that piques their interest, and are quick to flee if the object of their curiosity strikes back.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ever since he was a young hatchling, As You Wish, or Wish for short, dreamed of being part of the Anu clan council. He wished to become an adviser to the clan leader, because in all actuality he is an intelligent and thoughtful dragon.  However there is one small problem, no one is ever taken seriously when their three feet tall, pink, and fluffy. He hoped, because the clan leader himself was a small and unimposing mint dragon, the other advisers would accept him. Nope, just the sight of Wish inspires laughter. The hatchlings love him however. He wrestles with them; he's just their size. Still he wishes to do more than advise others on love, something he found he was strangely good at. His future in the council was crushed forever when he nearly bowled the clan leader over, in his attempt to find something sweet. The smell of sugar drives him wild for some reason. He's resigned himself to the fact that he will never be an adviser; he's fine with that, as long as he can have his sweets.
