Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Lazarus led a normal and relaxed life for the longest time. Growing up, falling in love with a lovely Ridgewing dragoness and wooing her, trying for an egg—the usual stuff.

But then something terrible happened. Lazarus was attacked by a group of Hellfire Wyverns working with a traveling necromancer hoping to add Lazarus to his growing horde of Zombie dragons. The Hellfires left him for dead and went to fetch the evil wizard, but Lazarus was lucky. When a White dragoness, who had hid herself nearby during the commotion, reached him, he was still alive—if barely.

After a long phase of recuperation, Lazarus is now almost back to his old self. He is afraid though that among the more permanent scars, he might have lost his ability to father a child as a long-term consequence.
