Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Taku was brought to the White Ruins clan as an egg by Adelphie, who was a close friend of his mother, Giacomo. He is a deeply creative soul, enamored with all forms of music. He looks up to Crytharius as a mentor and as a father figure, but his relationship with Hobsyllwin, Crytharius's mate, is more distant. A somewhat private, reserved dragon, he spends a lot of his time alone in his special spot in the forest, where he has strings of seashells and wind chimes hung on various branches. He can spend hours there, resting while he listens to the sound of the birds, and the ocean crashing against the rocky edges of the peninsula.

His silver heritage is shown in his appearance; his earfins are elongated and the white markings of his stomach are very wide, coming up over his shoulders in small stripes. The end of his tail, too, is completely white, the membrane a pale bluish-gray.
