Blusang Lindwyrms are quite different from most dragons in that they lack hind legs. In this regard, they resemble snakes, and this is evident in their movement; these lindwyrms slither along the ground, using their forelegs to lift them over rougher terrain. Blusangs are a coastal breed, preferring to live along rocky beaches and in seaside caves rather than sandy locations. They are omnivores who graze on seaweed from time to time, although their primary form of sustenance is fish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A dragon born knowing not the gentle caress of his mother's tail nor the booming pounding of his father's claws, Wings was simply an egg laying deserted in the golden sand, the sweet aroma of brine floating into the salty air, the waves lapping at his beige-tinted shell. Raised from birth in an unknown environment, Wings quickly developed a playful though prideful attitude to secure his rank amongst only the best. Using his beauty as a tool, he became known all throughout the cave as Wings, the Blusang Lindwurm carrying the Light of Freedom with his shimmering, azure body.

He has not quite forgotten how he came to be--abandoned, alone, and desperate. Because of this, Wings is a devoted father and a caring mate to all those he seeks pleasure with.

Though he appears wise and content, there are some times where one can catch him wandering by the beach, lost in thoughts and dreams of the future he could have had if he had been raised a dragon of the wild, a child of the sea.
