Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Deizidor Mystal TwicePrized (Clan Mystal) is Clan Mystal member number 5,283. His parents welcomed his arrival into the clan on the Winter Solstice amid cheers of joy and much festivity! He was the first Yule born to them among a clutch of four. His care was quickly given to his elder sister; Serphenna.

Deizidor broke from his shell without incident, emerging as a boisterous and cheerful soul. He spent most of his first days with his sister, and it was during this short time that he developed strong feelings for her. As he grew to maturity, his love and devotion for her would not be denied nor diminished. He explained that as a spirit of the season, it was not necessary to understand his feelings; only to follow them! Serphenna felt in-kind, and fully reciprocated his affections.

The pair soon professed their coupling and although the Clan Mother forbids it, Deizidor is hopeful to one day welcome a son or daughter of his own!

Perhaps in time...
