Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ples is not a patient dragon. Ples is not a polite dragon. Ples is not a kind dragon. Ples is a fighter. Fighting is what he loves most in life, especially if it's against dangers to the flock.

He flies low, below the Cassare and Red accompanying him, watching for threats underneath them. Magic isn't a problem, not with Hariz so close, but wild dragons are.

One of the Desipis, Wrath, was being harassed by a wild Cassare. The smaller dragon was stalking him, stealing his prey, and attacking him when he tried to rest. Wrath was unable to catch the nimble nuisance on the ground, and could not fly to catch it with his magic nulled.

Ples flexes his claws as he crosses the invisible line into Wrath's hunting grounds. He's smaller than the gargantuan mindshredders, his wings proportioned to carry him without the aid of magic. He won't need the back-up of Vepi and Hariz to handle a single Cassare in claw-to-claw combat.

This, Ples thinks, will be a quick and easy problem to fix.
