Desipis Dragons are an extremely dangerous breed, synonymous with the paths of desolation they leave in their wakes. These gargantuan beasts are infamous for their innate ability to control and manipulate the minds of others, which they use to pulverize the sanities of their foes and forge false memories. This power is especially effective on the foolish, and only the strongest-willed individuals have been known to resist a Desipis’s cunning. Most who anger Desipises do not live to tell the tale. Desipis Dragons are especially feared for their uncanny power of absorbing the magic of others with the fire they breathe and converting it into the bright reserves of crystallized mana that decorate their bodies.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Flowey Dreemurr is extremely infamous, even among his own kind. He's known for his dangerous habit of manipulating memories in dragons who have fallen down into his territory, forcing them to trust him, only to betray them in the end and take their magic. Some say that his roots reach even deeper into the weakest dragons' minds, taking their souls to line his scales.

He's especially known for his 'kill or be killed' mentality, which he impresses onto any dragon that manages to resist his control and leave his territory alive. It's certainly served him well in the past—striking fear into the hearts of others leads to a few, foolish individuals to seek him out and inevitably get their magic taken from them.

It's rare that dragons can escape Flowey's massive influence upon their minds, manipulating and betraying everything that they thought they knew. Some say that he's simply extremely cruel, trying to amass enough power to become a god.

Some say that he doesn't have a soul at all.
