Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

Colby Asiago, or Colby for short, is a young Cheese dragon. He is a professional gourmet chef, and cooks all kinds of amazing dishes for his clan. His specialty dishes are a mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, and broccoli stir-fry, 3-cheese nachos, and the infamous Macaroni and Cheese. Very few know that he was the one who invented Mac and Cheese besides his owner and the other dragons in his clan. He is laid-back, patient, and friendly, even though he can sometimes get a little frazzled with all of Ajax's seemingly endless demands for food. He is good friends with Primavero Bloom, whom he is training to be a chef. Together, the two make amazing dishes for the clan to try out. He is well-known in Drakeville for his amazing dishes, and for teaching a class of humans at the local culinary art school how to become professional chefs.
