Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

GF is completely and utterly convinced, that she is indeed no dragon, but an old and ancient force, sent by the gods to help human heroes in their fight against ultimate evil. These heroes of course have to prove themselves worthy by beating her in a fair fight first, then she will bind her lifeforce to theirs and will always come when summoned. The deities of old only gave her the FORM of a dragon, so she would strike fear into the heart of their enemies.

Why the ancient gods should choose a Pink dragon for that though is anyone's guess.
