Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A good warrior dragon should be as swift and unseen as the wind, yet silent as a stone in the attack. Dark Diamond is all these things, blending into the shadows and treading so light on her feet as to be nearly invisible until the moment she strikes. She is very confident in her own abilities, yet only fights (or kills) if absolutely necessary... though she manages to find many an opportunity that she deems necessary. She nearly beat the split dragon(s) Gjalp and Greip in formal combat, making her the first to ever come close to defeating the fighting duo.  Dark Diamond awaits the day that she may face them again. In the meantime, she continues her training in the shadows...
