Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shingen resides in the Kyokos Vale. He is an architect, using his magic to shape stone. In exchange for precious gems, he carves tunnels and engineers glittering caverns. In exchange for gold and silver, he raises castles and constructs towers. Shingen finds the creation of new buildings more satisfying than delving into the mountains. There is something in the crisp geometry of each stone as it fits neatly into place that appeals to his methodical nature. His own abode sits beside the Rivermere's banks, a draconian mansion that continues to gain new annexes. If this dragon isn't working he can usually be found curled beside his mate Nabeshiku or lounging beside one of the nearby lakes, staring dreamily as he mulls over plans for his next project.
