Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ridiculous Black-The Dark Knight is one of the Black Clan's fiercest warriors. He had simple origins—a stray pureblood who wandered into the scroll. His own parents had been killed by a bum, and though orphaned, he refused to fall into a life like the riff raff on the scroll. Instead, this Ridiculous Black decided to clean the vermin from the scroll. He had a few close calls, but his rage got him through where his skill could not.

He caught the eye of the Black Knight, who'd heard tales of a ridiculous vigilante and went seeking him. Black Knight offered to take Ridiculous Black under his wing and train him like a proper warrior, but only if he would swear fealty to the Queen and proceed legally. R'Black agreed and trained hard, but revenge left a certain blood thirst. He fights like a madman, and the Queen herself dubbed him The Dark Knight.
