White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

When Tsukirei was born, Sylphica had taken one look at the hatchling's clutch mates and told her she was in charge. When she asked her adopted dragon mother why, she was simply told that not even Hakuyo had the ability to lead. He was a guardian- a quiet protector, she reasoned, and Akamoya and Yamikaze were no where close to even a little caring for others past what could go into their stomachs and couldn't. However she still couldn't understand why she was worthy of such an important task. She knew the elder-mother Sylphica was too short nerved to lead rowdy children. How could she, Tsukirei, know what it took to be a leader She couldn't even fight! Fuming one night over this subject, she had snapped at Hakuyo, and immediatly apologized knowing he hadn't done anything wrong. He had looked at her, curled his tail around him, and proceded into a long explanation on the calm radiance that surrounded all white dragons and her own strength. Anxiety gone, she dutifully took up her role.
