Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Iairos was born during the very first week of autumn. Fall reflects fiercely on his color, giving him a brighter orange shade than most of the other autumn dragons. At day, the sun sparkles on his scales, slightly lightening up the surroundings wherever he flies. Iairos loves to use his tail to stir up the fallen leaves on the forest ground and steal his favorite strawberry cakes from faraway human villages. He enjoys bothering other dragons with his never-ending stories and usually can make the most stern dragon purr in delight after hearing his jokes.<br/>All the dragons in the guild love his cheerfulness and the way his presence shines through even their darkest times. Maybe it's the reason why the Dark Sun didn't use their traditional name Peregrine and named him Heliodoros instead. Heliodoros, which means 'gift of the sun' and Iairos, which means 'shine' tell not only of Iairos's glorious appearance but also of the way he is loved.
