Aww... It’s a cute baby drake. It’s mostly white but has a blue stripe down its back.

And look! It has grown antlers! It must be close to maturing.

Young drakes are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own.

No one knows where Seerose came from but one day she appeared in the waterspout fountain at Delirium's Academy and refused to leave. Some of the students found her incredibly cute and wanted to keep her as a class mascot but the senior staff pointed out the trouble of a full grown drake in the relatively small fountain and wanted her gone.

The next morning Seerose was frozen and the problem taken care of although none of the students 'fessed up on practising the spell on her. Seerose doesn't really care. She loves the fountain and the treats the students get her and all in all she is far better off than her adult breed mates living in Ms. Russo's hatchling school.
