Thunder Dragons are the masters of electricity. Their wings gather energy as they soar through the clouds, and when they clap their wings together they can create devastating arcs of lightning. They can stay airborne nearly indefinitely, landing only to sleep and breed; they catch their prey from the air and take moisture from the clouds. A thunder dragon’s roar is considered to be an omen of misfortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sulky and irascible Mjolnir has had quite enough of her duty to the Thunder dragon Thor god of Thunder. Mjolnir is only the source of Thor's power over thunder and lightning, but he uses her as a human would a sword. Because of Thor, Mjolnir cannot sit peacefully one her cloud bank and throw thunderbolts at slumbering hummingbirds. She never aims to harm them, only to send them flitting off at their extreme speeds. Instead, the now lugubrious Mjolnir is frequently flung at his enemies by Thor, who then holds out his hand as if she were to magically returned when beckoned. She finds the whole scene extremely distasteful and humiliating. Mjolnir will frequently brood about, imagining what Thor and any other dragons are thinking as she is tossed to and fro. "Come hither to mine hand yon Hammer". She imagines passes through Thor's mind as he waits impatiently for her to fly back to him, instead of just allowing her to attack on her own.
