Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Leetle Tree likes to consider himself responsible for the "Leetle Tree" phenomenon, which is also where he got his name. When he was nothing but a little baby he noticed how sad the abandoned eggs and hatchlings appeared at the mouth of the cave. To cheer them up, he managed to find a small evergreen sapling and brought it to them, where they celebrated the love and joy of the holidays together in the cold snow. Before long small trees were popping up everywhere. He was overwhelmed by the spirit the other dragons shared, and now even as a proud adult Yulebuck he visits the unwanted and puts smiles on their faces.
