Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Xin Dagnir is not your ordinary Buttwing. No, he is definitely not your ordinary Buttwing. For his whole life, Xin has seen himself as male. Despite what his physical body is, and in fact, his whole species is, Xin is male.

Seeing himself as male has caused some issues with the other dragons. Finding a mate is pretty much impossible, as gay dragons are few and far between. Xin, however, was one of the lucky ones, he found a loving mate in Lavanaes. Not long ago, a young male vine visited Xin's town. The vine, Lavanaes Dagnir, and Xin fell in love with each other almost immediately. After vowing themselves to each other, they adopted a baby vine dragon as their first child.
