White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Astaroth is a very serious, distant and mistrustful dragon who, despite the fact that he has had many children with Lorelei for the benefit of the clan leader, holds no love for his temporary mate and has ceased almost all contact with her. He knows that he has finally found his soul-mate though his fear of rejection, caused by his resentful black-alt father violently abandoning him as a hatchling and his own unthinking words towards the vampire, has stilled his hand and thrown the pain of being so close yet so far into a mighty crescendo. When Sangsue had hatched Astaroth had called him evil and cursed, yet he has grown to love the vampire since the day Sangsue finally grew into adulthood. Sangsue has come to the lonely white seeking friendship on multiple occasions, yet he was only met with Astaroth pushing him away. The Cupid Couple, Romana and Mamoru, know what is going on and have already began plotting ways to get Sangsue and Astaroth together for good.
