Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Gentile, unlike his father, is a people dragon. He cares a lot more about his scaled brothers and sisters than he does about the orderly growth of plants and he wants to help as best as he can. It's only natural that his way in life led him to the Healing Caves where he takes over the kind of tasks none of the Whites there dare to approach, albeit they are necessary. For not every illness is treatable and sometimes the pain gets far too much to bear. The Whites might not be able to do what is necessary, but Gentile is, and with a sad smile and a gentle claw, he will stay with those poor souls right to the end.
