White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Featherpurr considers herself to be Shiverwynd's apprentice, and takes her studies very seriously. Every morning she settles herself in next to the pack's benevolent Matriarch and tries to soak up as much knowledge and wisdom as she can.

Her youth works against her, however, and it is difficult for her to understand much of what Shiverwynd does. The more esoteric and mysterious aspects of the healing magics may well be beyond her forever. But she is determined and has a great heart, and will not give up easily. While she may never be as powerful as her mentor, the pack is pleased to see her working so hard to become a true healer and looks forward to the day she comes into her own.
