Everywhere this chicken wanders, the cave around her seems to fall into chaos. Peaceful dragons squabble over their dinners, sweet-natured hatchlings attack their masters, and unbroken eggs hatch to reveal empty shells filled with carrion flies. No one could blame a chicken for any of this, however, and Beelzebub's terrible luck in getting caught in the middle of trouble makes the other residents of the cave feel sorry for her. They make sure she has everything she needs, though for such a small chicken she needs to eat an awful lot.

Beelzebub Lord of Flies, or "Bub" to her friends, enjoys cracked corn and white bread crumbs seasoned lightly with olive oil. Her hobbies include scratching in the dirt, singing with a voice that is like unto the buzzing of a hundred thousand wings, and homemaking.
