Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Serene Grace didn't want the child of her husband's affair living with her, so she gave the egg a name and abandoned it in a neighboring cave. Javier's Folly grew up near by, but out of the immediate sight of his father's mate. He would try to visit his parents, but wasn't comfortable with Serene Grace glaring at him and his father. As time passed, Folly visited less as he knew his father was suffering from his mate bonking him on the head every time she was reminded of Folly's existence.

Folly tends to be a wanderer, never staying in one place for very long. Because of his travels, he's decided that the only mate for him is one who is willing to go every where with him. No matter how near or far he roams, he always comes back home looking for the perfect mate.
