Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sometimes you feel like a chicken, sometimes you don't. This is a common thought for the poor dragons who live near the Space Chicken Alliance. On a day to day basis, chatter can be heard over the hills coming from the camp, and as the nearby hatchlings grow into adults, they unfortunately start questioning whether they are Space Chickens or not.

As a hatchling, Blanu, as he was commonly called, snuck out of the caves territory and wandered into the camp of Kensa Jipci and his Space Chicken Alliance. He was made welcome and spent a long time watching Rubber Space Chicken tell the legends of their past. As he grew older he started to believe their stories had to have some basis, and started questioning his own existence. It isn't possible that he could be a Space Chicken...at least he doesn't think so. Only time will tell.
