Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Albinithra's egg was found mysteriously by the mouth of a cave, and it is unknown who her parents were. She is slightly shy, and somewhat solitary. Other than her own mate, Earthantro, she rarely is seen around other dragons. While her mate stays and guards the eggs, Albinithra usually does all the hunting. She can easily carry heavy prey back to the nest because her lightweight wings allow her to travel for very long distances. If threatened, Albinithra can let out deafening screeches to stun the enemy, but usually doesn't engage in dangerous fights due to her scaleless skin. Her fire is pure white. It is very hot and can melt even the strongest metals, although it takes a lot of energy out of her to produce such firepower, so she rarely uses it.
