Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This dragon's emerald scales reflect light as well as any master crafted gem as he gracefully moves about his waterfall fed cavern.  Visitors are awed at the light show given off by the pools of water in conjunction with the dragon's shimmer.  No human has heard his voice as the emerald dragon uses telepathy to chat with any would be neighbors and visitors.
