Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

ShiningSilverGift is a wonderful Silver Dragon. She is happy most of the time, and she makes it her mission to go out and cheer up depressed or otherwise sad dragons. She's even been known to help sooth her human owner's feelings as well, but otherwise ShiningSilverGift is not interested in helping any other humans. She only wants to be around other dragons, and she never ventures near a human village. This Silver Dragon also goes to her cave's Clinic once a month, and helps to amuse and cheer up sick hatchlings and other dragons there. The healers really appreciate ShiningSilverGift's help, which lifts their spirits as well.
