Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Perseus is a calm and loving dragon. He is a bit of a clairvoyant, able to foretell certain events of the future because of the amount of stargazing he does each night. He spent most of his time as a hatchling alone with the night sky and the stars. He made friends with the rest of Shapeshiftress's dragons, but felt alone because no dragon loved the stars as much as he did. His constant stargazing led to him being named Perseus of the Sky. Perseus loved his name, because he found the story behind the constellation romantic and beautiful, much like the constellation itself. However, he was still a little lonely. That changed the day he found another Nebula egg and brought it home. He watched the egg eagerly, anxious for it to hatch. When the Nebula hatchling was revealed to be a female, Perseus was overjoyed. Now he and his mate, Andromeda of the Sky, spend all of their time together, and frolic in the beauty of the starry night sky.
