Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ornat lives apart from the other dragons of the Moonstone Clan. She hunts on her own for the sake of being self-sufficient but is otherwise quite lazy. Her favorite activity is basking sleepily in the sun.

Every day, she needs to spend a few hours alone. Woes to anyone who disturbs her during these times. Even when she's open to company, she hates idle chatter and favors intelligent conversations. She's always grumpy and easily angered. Only her mate Thil is immune to her temper.
