Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Xuchilbara is incredibly violent and refuses to allow any of the other dragons near him when he is mired in one of his fits of rage. His tolerance for hatchlings is non-existent, even more so that his tolerance for the other adults. He is reclusive and irritable, possibly due to an altercation shortly after his hatching; one of the more mean-spirited dragons, Priestess Demona Bloodclan, nearly took out his eye with an angry swipe of her claws. To this day the dragon still has the embedded scars above his eye to remind him that life can be very cruel, so he must be crueler.
