Sophrosyne Dragons are a rare sight, typically making themselves known only to protect and heal the vulnerable. A visit from one serves as a reminder that kindness prevails, and that there’s always hope for positive change. While it is known that they possess the power to reverse botched spells, some claim they can even cure methodically-cast curses. This has never been formally documented, but these dragons have been seen arriving in the aftermath of violence, and the scars of tragedy seem to heal faster in their wake. The feathers of a Sophrosyne have thus become a symbol of perseverance and light in the face of darkness.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Like her husband, Peace Man, Peace Monkey is a well-known political activist in her community, mainly specializing in extremely liberal causes. She has a psychologist-like demeanor, often demanding the spread of "peace and love" amongst the multitudes of simple-minded, sheep-like dragons. When she isn't marching with a hive-minded mass of revolutionaries, she likes to form drum circles with both willing and unwilling participants (most notably her son, That One Kid) to produce experimental cacophony. She is also a competent herbalist, collecting several kinds of strange and sometimes mind-altering species of herbs. Peace Monkey and her family often experience hardship from a mystical cult known as Society, which apparently seeks to degrade their flexible ideals.
