Originating from a single species that thrived in ancient times, Xenowyrms have become an incredibly diverse breed whose appearances vary depending on their habitats. Each Xenowyrm subspecies is heavily reliant on the power of different types of mana, making them powerful magic users. Mageia, found exclusively in desert regions, are thought to be the wisest Xenowyrm subspecies. Due to their knowledge of the magi element, they are able to cast a variety of magics, including teleportation. Their beautiful yellow scutes are reflective and smooth like glass, making them very valuable to collectors.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Nebulous and enigmatic, Bvetian makes his home in the depths of the Altro Ruins, a place legends say dragon souls were crafted in. No one knows if this is true or not though, and today, the place is just a sandy, desolate playground, slowly eroded over millennia by sandstorms.

But not completely. Bvetian has made sure of that. He has dedicated himself to ensuring that some places in the Altro remain stable, mostly because he knows the potential of the magic kept there. This magic is beyond even his own understanding, but he can sense its power; he can sense it in the wispy, dust-like shapes that commonly float around glyphs in the Altro's ruined library and many other locations throughout his home. These wisps act like beings almost, like living, breathing, real-life beings. Unfortunately, the language they are written in has been lost to time, but Bvetian wants to at least discover the mechanisms of the magic so he can pass that knowledge onto other people.
