White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Herbert West showed great promise as a healer, his skills and magical adeptness quickly surpassing those of his tutors. However, at some point he became obsessed with his inability to raise the dead. Believing that there is no "spirit" and that all bodily functions are strictly biological and mechanical, he turned to science to find a way to restore biological function to a dead body. Shunned by other dragons for his increasingly morbid obsession with reanimation, he experimented alone, injecting strange concoctions into dead bodies in an attempt to bring them back to life. He dabbled in strange books, stalked graveyards for fresh bodies—for only the freshest could have any hope of being revived with normal brain function—and locked himself into his subterranean grotto, where the cool airs from beneath the earth's surface kept specimens preserved. No other dragons know whether he has succeeded, though at times there are claims of strange unnatural voices from deep underground.
