Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its skin is smooth and doesn’t seem to have any color to it.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Giggly and always smiling, Alba is on of the youngest and least mature hatchlings living in the clan. She isn't the brightest, and trips over her own paws at least twice daily. The Albino hatchling is the epitome of childhood innocence, and never fails to find something amazing about everyday occurrences. Some say she spends too much time around Kerwyn, and that his morals and philosophy about preserving childhood imagination and innocence are rubbing off onto her. While others have their opinions, Alba is much too busy bending over backwards and trying and make the world go upside-down again to care.
