Neotropical Dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings and gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

TbeeV keeps bees in order to make honey-sweetened dried banana chips. She spends a lot of time defending her banana chips—before and after drying—from other Madder Jungle neotropicals and finds watching the bees a great way to unwind. Watching them coming in and out of the hives isn't enough for her, so she has contrived to have one wall of each of her bee boxes replaced with a glass pane so she can watch them buzzing around inside. She loves her "bee-vision" boxes and thinks dragons around the world want to watch bees and be calmed. This, she has had some magi use far-seeing spells to enchant other panes of glass to connect with the ones in her bee boxes, so owners can watch the bees through the windows wherever they are. She gets occasional customers who want to tease their pet honey drakes with a "tele-bee-vision" device. Some want to modify the enchantment to show more interesting programming, but she thinks there is no point in a television without the bee.
