Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Tabld likes feet, and has an almost religious obsession with footprints. His obsession with feet led him to be shunned by the Clan of Skye, where he grew up. After getting directions from Zepharica, he flew far to the west to discover the city that she came from, centuries ago. After a time, he settled in to the bustling city, and began working as an alchemist.

When not creating common remedies—love potions, healing tonics, and the like—he has been spending hours toiling over the attempt to create a morphing potion. On occasions he has gotten Sherrias to help his research, but even with her help they have made minimal progress. The best they have is a polymorph potion that lasts about five minutes and leaves the taker nauseous for about a week afterwards—not worth it even to Tabld's devotion to feet. He also tried a mechanism that let his wings work like feet, which only Wiren dared build, but using it was highly abrasive, made his wings sore, and while wearing it he was shunned.
