Pillow Dragons are covered in enormous amounts of fur affectionately referred to as fluff. Despite their deceivingly large size, they can still fly even with such tiny wings because their bodies are remarkably light. Pillow Dragons have a habit of sleeping for up to eighteen hours a day, waking only in short bursts. During their few waking hours, they take the time to hunt for prey. Once a pillow dragon becomes an adult, its fur grows very slowly. Pillow dragon fur is used to make very expensive and valuable cloth known as “dragon cashmere.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Familial is a sweet dragon. Her hair smells and tastes like chocolate and mashed strawberries. She easily conceal the smell by rubbing against trees and rolling on the ground, but she can't remember a time when she smelled like nothing. As for disposition, Familial is grouchier than a mutamore in summer. She loathes socializing and can barely hide her snarl when she must talk to a bunch of unfamiliar dragons, especially when the first topic on their minds is her odor. She does not like children and the parents whose lives revolve around them. Every dragon egg that winds up in Familial's hands would get smashed or eaten if it weren't for her spouse, the heartseeker Behave, occasionally catching her before she has a chance. Her own offspring aren't safe. Since the two are quite active in the cave, and both are in different parts of the territory during the day, it's unknown how many pillow eggs have met a crunchy demise.
