Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

When TOG0o talks about good foods, the conversation invariably ends up with sandwiches. Her deep sea friends had no idea what she is talking about, and she strove to figure out how to show them the joy—the low water pressure keeps them from going anywhere near the surface and if she tries bringing a sandwich down to them, the water turns bread to a disgusting mush. She tried a number of food-safe waterproofing spells, but the salinity and intense pressures are enough to crack everything. For a long time, she tried to come up with a solution, constantly muttering statements that ended "no, then it would turn to goo." Some say this is how she got her name.

TOG0o came up with a solution eventually. She used her slime to build a sandwich shop on the ocean floor and had air teleported in to fill it. The pressure is high enough for the deep seas to come in, and bread can be teleported in so it won't pass through water and get mushy. TOG0o's Submarine Submarines is a popular lunch place.
