Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Daku (Dark Sun) is a young adult who spends most of his time exploring away from the group. He has a great love for adventure and his best pal is Yoake despite him being a Sunrise dragon. Daku often takes him out flying. He doesn't really seem to have much of an interest in what Tama has to say and actually from time to time confronts her about it. Daku actually tends to act like an older brother to BloodMoon222 and often acts like he has to inspect other dragons before they go near BloodMoon222.

Daku was the second dragon of BloodMoon222 and was found after BloodMoon222 saved it from being washed down river. Daku was born 11.19.09.
