And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Serutitondi is the bastard son of Lunatara by Trientandi. Lunatara cast a spell on Trientandi, making him fall in love with her. They mated and had a son. Trientandi's mate, the whiptail Fabyana, cast a spell on Serutitondi, freezing him in the hatchling stage of developement. Dispite the spell, Serutitondi is a funloving, gentle dragon. He enjoys helping Annalana take care of the other eggs and hatchlings.
