Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Zaku of the Wind was the first dragon taken to flitzthesoulreaper's dragon cave, who was excited to own her very own dragon egg at last. Like all dragons of her kind she loves to fly in high speed. She shares a very good bond with Warior of the Sky and she is very protective with the hatchlings and eggs. When she is mad she whips her tail and smashes it on the ground to show her power, but she dislikes to fight.
